目的：总结既往18例颅脑异物贯通伤病例资料并探讨其治疗经验。方法分析2006～2011年收治18例颅脑异物贯通伤的损伤原因、损伤类型、治疗方法和预后，对颅脑异物贯通伤常见部位，事故现场处理，入院后急救，影像学检查，手术方式，术中大出血如何预防及处理，术后并发症防治进行分析总结。结果18例颅脑异物贯通伤病例中死亡3例，重度残疾2例，中度残疾3例，轻度神经功能损害10例。结论颅脑异物贯通伤应多学科合作，明确与颅内重要结构关系，尽早及时彻底清创，并注意围手术期处理。
목적：총결기왕18례로뇌이물관통상병례자료병탐토기치료경험。방법분석2006～2011년수치18례로뇌이물관통상적손상원인、손상류형、치료방법화예후，대로뇌이물관통상상견부위，사고현장처리，입원후급구，영상학검사，수술방식，술중대출혈여하예방급처리，술후병발증방치진행분석총결。결과18례로뇌이물관통상병례중사망3례，중도잔질2례，중도잔질3례，경도신경공능손해10례。결론로뇌이물관통상응다학과합작，명학여로내중요결구관계，진조급시철저청창，병주의위수술기처리。
Objective To summarize clinical data of 18 patients with cerebral penetrating wound and discuss their experiences of treatment .Methods The injury causes , injury types , treatments and prognosis of 18 patients with cerebral penetrating wound from 2006 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively .The common part through cerebral penetrating wound , the scene of the accident treatment , emergency treatment after admission , imaging examination , surgical approach , hemorrhage prevention and handling during operation , the prevention of the postoperative complication,were summarized and analyzed .Results Of 18 patients of cerebral penetrating wound , 3 patients died , 2 severe disability ,3 moderate deformity and 10 mild neurological impairment .Conclusions Cerebral penetrating should be multidisciplinary cooperation , clear intracranial important structural relationship , promptly thorough debridement and pay attention to perioperation period processing .
