目的：探讨颅内压（ ICP）监测在重型颅脑损伤中的作用及意义。方法应用颅内压监护仪对42例重型颅脑损伤患者进行颅内压监测，对颅内压的变化与临床特征进行比较分析。结果 ICP 5～15 mmHg 5例，16～20 mmHg 14例，21～40 mmHg 17例，＞40 mmHg 6例。 ICP初值与患者病死率有关，且呈负相关，差异具有统计学意义。结论重型颅脑损伤患者进行ICP监测对及早判断病情、治疗方面有重要价值。
목적：탐토로내압（ ICP）감측재중형로뇌손상중적작용급의의。방법응용로내압감호의대42례중형로뇌손상환자진행로내압감측，대로내압적변화여림상특정진행비교분석。결과 ICP 5～15 mmHg 5례，16～20 mmHg 14례，21～40 mmHg 17례，＞40 mmHg 6례。 ICP초치여환자병사솔유관，차정부상관，차이구유통계학의의。결론중형로뇌손상환자진행ICP감측대급조판단병정、치료방면유중요개치。
Objective To study the effects and significance of intracranial pressure ( ICP ) monitoring in the treatment of acute severe traumatic brain injury .Methods 42 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were treated using ICP monitoring , the changes of intracranial pressure and clinical features were analyzed retrospectively .Results ICP of 5-15mmHg was in 5 cases, 16-20mmHg in 14, 21-40mmHg in 17 and 40mmHg in 6.ICP initial value associated with the mortality of patients , and was negatively correlated and the difference has statistical significance . Conclusion Patients with severe head injury by ICP monitoring has important value to determine the illness and treatment as early as possible .
