收益法评估企业价值是现代企业制度下以现金流作为企业收益的企业价值评估主流方法，基本估价模型有DCF模型、EVA模型和RIM模型。收益法为评估企业价值开辟了一条新的思维模式，使企业公允价值与国际接轨。但是，收益法的运用需具备一定的市场基础和前提条件，使其在我国评估实际应用过程中，无论是参数技术选择方面还是操作方面都存在着一些问题。在简析我国收益法评估企业价值基本模型的基础上，分析得出了收益法评估企业价值存在的问题，并针对具体问题设计出一系列完善对策，旨在为推进收益法评估企业价值的发展提出具有针对性的参考意见。

The income approach of enterprise valuation is the main method to assess corporate value with cash flow under the modern enterprise sys-tem.There are fundamental valuation models such as DCF,EVA and RIM.The income approach of enterprise valuation creates a new thinking pat-tern,makes the fair value of the enterprise with international standards .However, in order to apply the income approach , some prerequisites and market foundation are needed,causes many application problems of valuing are still exist ,no matter the selection of parametric technology or operat-ing.Therefore,this paper is about to analysis the income approach of enterprise valuation mods in China ,then find out the problem of assessing en-terprise valuation with income approach,and fix the exact questions with sorts of perfecting countermeasures,mean to come up some reference views for the development process of enterprise valuation with income approach .
