精品课程建设是“高等学校教学质量和教学改革工程”项目的核心内容之一。以内蒙古医科大学卫生经济学精品课程建设为实例，结合对课程的实际调查情况，分别从教学内容、师资队伍、教学方法、教材建设及教学管理等方面对精品课程的建设现状进行了深入而全面的分析和探讨，以期为相关精品课程的建设提供一些思考。

Model course construction is one of the core content of the project named as teaching quality and teaching reform in university. This paper took the model course construction in Health Economics in one university as an example and combined the actual investigation of the course to analyze the construction situation from the aspects of teaching content, teaching staff, teaching methods, teaching materials and teaching management. Finally, we hope to provide the reference for the other related model course construction.
