分析了流水生产线的特点,根据摩托车涂装生产线流程,采用 Flexsim 仿真软件建立摩托车涂装仿真模型,并针对模型中的工艺瓶颈,进行了二次优化,使得摩托车涂装生产线达到平衡。实践表明基于 Flexsim 的仿真技术可广泛运用于生产制造企业,大大提高建模的准确性与效率。
分析瞭流水生產線的特點,根據摩託車塗裝生產線流程,採用 Flexsim 倣真軟件建立摩託車塗裝倣真模型,併針對模型中的工藝瓶頸,進行瞭二次優化,使得摩託車塗裝生產線達到平衡。實踐錶明基于 Flexsim 的倣真技術可廣汎運用于生產製造企業,大大提高建模的準確性與效率。

Analyzed features of assembly product line,and built simulation model of motorcycle coating line according to coating process by Flexsim software.Moreover,aimed at process bottle necks of motorcycle coating line,this paper provides two times opitmized method to attain goal of product line balance.The simulation result shows that Flexsim-based simulation technology can be widely applied to manufacturing enterprises process optimization,and improve the modeling efficiency and accuracy.
