从核心企业角度进行虚拟企业概念的界定，基于虚拟企业价值创造影响因素的分析提出虚拟企业实践的构成维度，从伙伴关系、信息共享、资源整合和联盟控制开发和设计了虚拟企业实践的测度量表，运用220个样本数据进行了验证。研究结果表明，虚拟企业实践的测度量表具有较好的信度和效度。

This paper defines the concept of virtual enterprise from the perspective of the core enterprise,and proposes the constitutive dimension degrees of virtual enterprise practice based on the analysis of the driving factors of virtual enterprise′s value creation.We develop and design a measurement scale of virtual enterprise practice on the basis of four elements including partnership,information sharing,resource integration and union control.This measurement model was statistically tested through 220 company samples.The result verified the reliability and validity of this scale.
