从三个层次对供应链绩效评价体系进行划分,并综合考虑很多因素,建立了供应链绩效评价指标体系;根据物元相关理论,将供应链绩效评价与物元相结合,构建了供应链绩效评价的物元模型,并以国内某电器企业为例进行实证研究。研究结果表明:①该电器企业的整体供应链绩效处于较高的水平,其中,支持层绩效和结果层绩效处于较高水平、运作层绩效处于中等水平;②从计算结果和实际情况对比来看,物元模型不仅能评价供应链整体绩效,而且能对单个指标绩效进行评价,即细化了评判结果,又提高了评价精度;③评价结果基本符合了企业的实际情况,表明物元模型作为一种评价供应链绩效的新方法是实用的、有效的。

The system of performance evaluation for supply chain was established by being divided into three levels and many factors were considered comprehensively.According to the correlation theory on matter-element,performance evaluation for supply chain was combined with it to set the model.Also,domestic electrical appliances enterprise was used as an example to instance analysis.The result of the study shows:① The performance for supply chain of the electrical appliances enterprise lies in a high level,including the results layer and the supply layer are in a high level,the operation layer is in a medium level.② The matter-element model can evaluate not only the overall performance for supply chain but also the individual indicators’ones from comparing the result of calculation with the actual situation.In other words,both the evaluation results are detailed and the evaluation accuracy is improved.③ The evaluation result basically conforms to the actual situation of the enterprise,all above shows that the matter-element model is practical and effective as a new method on performance evaluation for supply chain.
