针对传统供应商评价方法中指标权重确定具有的主观性和不确定性,提出了一种基于粗糙集挖掘获取指标权重的多属性决策方法,用于制造企业选择外包服务供应商。为解决传统粗糙集挖掘容噪性差的问题,采用变精度粗糙集方法获取决策表中指标的信息量和被依赖度,将两者加权求和计算指标权重。为了有效处理不确定性的供应商评价信息,采用直觉模糊集理论将评价数据表达为直觉模糊数形式。采用基于直觉模糊集的 VIKOR 方法对供应商进行优选,其中基于直觉模糊数相似度计算求取群体利益和最小个别遗憾。以挖掘机产品救援服务供应商评价为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。

To deal with the problem that determination of criteria weights was subjective and uncertain in traditional supplier evaluation approaches,a novel hybrid multi-criteria decision-making approach based on rough set mining for obtaining criteria weights was proposed.This approach was applied in selecting outsourcing service supplier for manufacturing companies. Aiming at the problem that the traditional rough set had poor noise-tolerance capability,variable precision rough set was used to capture the information degree and depended degree in the decision-making table,in order to determine the criteria weights by summing them up weighted. To deal with the uncertain supplier evaluating information,evaluation data were expressed as vague values by means of vague set theory.VIKOR approach based on vague set was used to select supplier,and group utility and minimized individual regret were obtained based on similarity measure between two vague values.A case study of rescue service supplier evaluation in excavator PSS development was presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
