针对船闸工程建设中混凝土施工质量通病，从建设管理角度，以专项治理活动为载体，对建设管理通病、施工工艺通病，工程实体质量通病治理作了全面阐述，初步形成了一套涉及制度规范，全程控制，技术改良等多方位的混凝土通病综合治理方法。

Aim to improve the quality of ship lock concrete, this paper explores a set of comprehensive governance theory.Firstly, this paper puts forward the concept of ship lock concrete quality common fault , and describes the classification of the common fault .Then it detailedly investigates the cause of the problem and puts forward a set of comprehensive treatment methods .
