高桩码头是最常用的码头结构形式之一。码头调查发现伸缩缝处整体现浇悬臂面板开裂现象十分普遍且开裂程度严重。分析悬臂面板开裂原因及其加固对策研究对码头结构安全有重要意义。文章依托天津港某典型高桩码头,结合其实际运营和荷载情况,对悬臂板在流动荷载作用下进行了动力响应分析。结果表明流动荷载是导致其开裂的主要原因。针对开裂原因相应提出采用增垫钢板的方式对整体现浇悬臂面板进行原地加固改造。数值模拟计算表明,局部增设垫钢板的方法可有效改善悬臂板的开裂状况。

High-pile wharf is one of the most common forms of wharf structure. Serious cracking phenomenon of overall pouring cantilever plate in expansion joints is found to be common. On this basis, it is important to analyze the cracking cantilever plates and reinforcement methods. Relying on high-piled wharf of Tianjin port, in combina-tion with actual wharf operations, the numerical analysis of the cantilever slab dynamic response under the dynamic load effect was carried out. The results show that the dynamic load is the main cause for cracking. According to the cracking causes, the reinforcement method of blocking up with steel plates was adopted for the whole cantilever pan-el situ reinforcement. Calculation results show that the cantilever slab cracking can be improved effectively by blocking up with steel plates.
