专业意识是学生今后专业发展的导向和动力,对其专业成长具有指导作用。对某师范院校2012级和2013级学前教育专业对口生与统招生的专业意识进行了比较调查和分析,结果表明:对口生的专业兴趣高于统招生;统招生对专业技能的学习困难大于对口生;对口生在就业方向上更倾向于到幼儿园任教,统招生则更多倾向于从事科研工作或者转行;在对待幼儿教师工作的态度上,统招生呈现逐渐喜欢的发展趋势,对口生则保持原有的喜爱程度;在对幼儿教师工资的看法上,统招生和对口生都认为幼师行业工资太低。高校应针对两类学生的优势和劣势进行分层、分类教学,纠正社会对幼儿教师职业的某些误解,这是提升两类学生专业意识的主要措施。

According to the comparative survey and analysis of professional awareness of 2012-Grade and 2013-grade students at a normal university, all of whom majored in preschool education, and were recruited from technical secondary schools and high schools, students recruited from technical secondary schools were more interested in preschool education than their counterparts recruited from high schools; students recruited from high schools found it more difficult to learn preschool education than their counterparts recruited from technical secondary schools; students recruited from technical secondary schools were more willing to work at kindergartens, while those recruited from high schools were more willing to work in scientific research or change their career; those recruited from high schools gradually fell in love with teaching jobs at kindergartens, while those recruited from technical secondary schools maintained a more static level of appreciation for this career; both students recruited from technical secondary schools and high schools said that salaries for preschool teachers were too low. Universities should provide customized and targeted teaching plans based on the advantages and disadvantages of students in these two categories, and correct the wrong ideas held by society as regards preschool teachers. These are the two major measures needed to improve the professional awareness of these two types of students.
