目的:探讨超声波提取法提取丹酚酸B的最佳工艺条件。方法:选定料液比、提取温度、提取时间以及超声波频率4个因素,通过单因素考察和正交试验探索最佳丹参酸B提取工艺条件。结果:确定丹酚酸B的最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶25、提取温度40℃、提取时间25 min、超声波频率30 kHz。丹酚酸B得率13.31%,高于传统提取方法。结论:超声波提取法较传统中性热水提取,水煎法,回流提取,超临界CO2和浸渍法得率高、损失小。

목적:탐토초성파제취법제취단분산B적최가공예조건。방법:선정료액비、제취온도、제취시간이급초성파빈솔4개인소,통과단인소고찰화정교시험탐색최가단삼산B제취공예조건。결과:학정단분산B적최가제취공예조건위료액비1∶25、제취온도40℃、제취시간25 min、초성파빈솔30 kHz。단분산B득솔13.31%,고우전통제취방법。결론:초성파제취법교전통중성열수제취,수전법,회류제취,초림계CO2화침지법득솔고、손실소。
Objective:To investigate the optimum technology conditions of ultrasonic extraction of Salvianolic acid B.Methods: The single -factor experiment and orthogonal test were conducted to examine the opti-mumtechnology conditions .Four factors were selected , including material to liquid ratio , extraction tempera-ture, extractiontime and ultrasonic frequency .Results:The optimum extraction technology for Salvianolic acid A was as follows:material to liquid ratio of 1:25 , extraction temperature of 40 ℃, extraction time of 25 min, trasonic frequency of 30kHz.The yield of Salvianolic acid A under these conditions was 13.31%,which was higher than traditional extraction method .Conclusion:Compared with traditional extraction methods such as traditional neutral hot water extraction , water decoction, reflux extraction, supercritical CO2, impregnation method, the ultrasonicextraction can be more of cient with smaller loss .
