Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae%Asthma%VEGF%HIF-1α
目的:探讨川贝对哮喘模型小鼠血管生成的作用及机制。方法:建立哮喘模型小鼠并将小鼠随机分为模型组(OVA致敏的小鼠),中药川贝组和PBS 组(正常对照组)。中药川贝组给予中药川贝(9.0g/kg),观察其对模型小鼠的气道炎症、血管生成、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和缺氧诱导因子-1α( HIF-1α)表达的影响。结果:与哮喘模型小鼠相比,中药川贝可以改善过敏性气道炎症,并显著减少血管百分比,同时也降低于VEGF和HIF-1α的表达。血管百分比与VEGF和HIF-1α表达呈正相关,同时与VEGF和HIF-1α表达呈正相关。结论:中药川贝具有显著的抑制哮喘模型小鼠血管生成作用,其通过抑制VEGF和HIF-1α表达发挥抗血管生成活性。

목적:탐토천패대효천모형소서혈관생성적작용급궤제。방법:건립효천모형소서병장소서수궤분위모형조(OVA치민적소서),중약천패조화PBS 조(정상대조조)。중약천패조급여중약천패(9.0g/kg),관찰기대모형소서적기도염증、혈관생성、혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)화결양유도인자-1α( HIF-1α)표체적영향。결과:여효천모형소서상비,중약천패가이개선과민성기도염증,병현저감소혈관백분비,동시야강저우VEGF화HIF-1α적표체。혈관백분비여VEGF화HIF-1α표체정정상관,동시여VEGF화HIF-1α표체정정상관。결론:중약천패구유현저적억제효천모형소서혈관생성작용,기통과억제VEGF화HIF-1α표체발휘항혈관생성활성。
Objective:To determine the effects and mechanisms of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae on angiogenesis in murine asthma models .Methods:Murine asthma models were established and mice were divided into three groups:the model group ( OVA-sensitized and challenged mice ) , the BFC group ( Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrho-sae -treated mice) and the PBS group (normal control mice).Mice in the BFC group were administered with inhaled Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae (9.0g/kg) daily.The effects on airway inflammation, angiogenesis, ex-pression of hypoxia inducible factor -1α( HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) were ex-amined.Results:Administration of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae ameliorated allergic airway inflammation and significantly reduced the percentage vascularity compared with those in the asthmatic model mice .It also re-duced the expression of HIF -1α, as well as that of VEGF.Percentage vascularity had a positive correlation with both HIF-1αand VEGF expressions .Furthermore , there was a positive relationship between HIF -1αand VEGF expressions .Conclusion:The results demonstrate that Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae has an important inhibitory effect on angiogenesis in asthma .Inhaled administration of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae can achieve anti-angiogenic activity through inhibition of HIF -1αand VEGF expressions .
