目的:研究野坝子的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用。方法:利用体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性模型进行活性追踪。结果:野坝子95%乙醇提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶有明显的抑制作用,其IC50为442mg/L,AB-8大孔树脂初步纯化后IC50为129 mg/L,远小于acarbose的635 mg/L。结论:彝药野坝子提取物具有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用。

목적:연구야패자적α-포도당감매억제작용。방법:이용체외억제α-포도당감매활성모형진행활성추종。결과:야패자95%을순제취물대α-포도당감매유명현적억제작용,기IC50위442mg/L,AB-8대공수지초보순화후IC50위129 mg/L,원소우acarbose적635 mg/L。결론:이약야패자제취물구유α-포도당감매억제작용。
Objective:To search α-glucosidase inhibitors from Elsholtzia rugulosa .Method: The α-glucosi-dase inhibitor was isolated by the bioassay -guided method in vitro .Result:The ethyl acetate extracts showed the strongest inhibitory activity(IC50 =442mg/L).The IC50(129mg/L)was lower than acarbose,if preparation scheme of the constituents of ethyl acetate extracts was by AB -8 Macroporous Resin .Conclusion:E.rugulosa of Yi medicine has α-glucosidase inhibitory activity .
