目的:考察芥子碱氯化盐对家兔离体肠平滑肌收缩功能的影响。方法:以家兔离体肠平滑肌收缩频率和张力为指标,采用Medlab-U/4 C501 H生物机能实验系统,考察不同浓度芥子碱氯化盐对家兔离体肠平滑肌收缩功能的影响。采用M受体阻断剂(阿托品)孵育肌条,观察芥子碱氯化盐在M受体阻断剂存在下对家兔肠管平滑肌收缩效应的变化。结果:各个实验浓度范围的芥子碱氯化盐对家兔离体肠平滑肌的收缩频率均无明显影响(P>0.05),各实验浓度芥子碱氯化盐能够显著提高家兔离体肠管的张力(P<0.01);M受体阻断剂阿托品对芥子碱氯化盐引起的肌条收缩有抑制作用,但抑制作用不完全。结论:芥子碱氯化盐对家兔离体肠管平滑肌具有兴奋作用,其兴奋肠管的作用与激动M受体有关。
目的:攷察芥子堿氯化鹽對傢兔離體腸平滑肌收縮功能的影響。方法:以傢兔離體腸平滑肌收縮頻率和張力為指標,採用Medlab-U/4 C501 H生物機能實驗繫統,攷察不同濃度芥子堿氯化鹽對傢兔離體腸平滑肌收縮功能的影響。採用M受體阻斷劑(阿託品)孵育肌條,觀察芥子堿氯化鹽在M受體阻斷劑存在下對傢兔腸管平滑肌收縮效應的變化。結果:各箇實驗濃度範圍的芥子堿氯化鹽對傢兔離體腸平滑肌的收縮頻率均無明顯影響(P>0.05),各實驗濃度芥子堿氯化鹽能夠顯著提高傢兔離體腸管的張力(P<0.01);M受體阻斷劑阿託品對芥子堿氯化鹽引起的肌條收縮有抑製作用,但抑製作用不完全。結論:芥子堿氯化鹽對傢兔離體腸管平滑肌具有興奮作用,其興奮腸管的作用與激動M受體有關。
목적:고찰개자감록화염대가토리체장평활기수축공능적영향。방법:이가토리체장평활기수축빈솔화장력위지표,채용Medlab-U/4 C501 H생물궤능실험계통,고찰불동농도개자감록화염대가토리체장평활기수축공능적영향。채용M수체조단제(아탁품)부육기조,관찰개자감록화염재M수체조단제존재하대가토장관평활기수축효응적변화。결과:각개실험농도범위적개자감록화염대가토리체장평활기적수축빈솔균무명현영향(P>0.05),각실험농도개자감록화염능구현저제고가토리체장관적장력(P<0.01);M수체조단제아탁품대개자감록화염인기적기조수축유억제작용,단억제작용불완전。결론:개자감록화염대가토리체장관평활기구유흥강작용,기흥강장관적작용여격동M수체유관。
Objective:To investigate the effect of sinapine chloride on the contractility of isolated ileum smooth muscle of rabbits .Methods:Use the contraction frequency and tension of muscle strips as indexes to investigate the effect of different doses of sinapine chloride on the contractility of isolated ileum smooth muscle , and the contraction information was recorded with Medlab -U/4 C501 H biological function experimental system .The muscle strips were incubated with M receptor blocker ( atropine ) to observe the effects of sinapine chloride con-tractile activity in the presence of atropine .Results:All doses of sinapine chloride had no obvious effect on the contraction frequency of isolated ileum smooth muscle strips ( P>0 .05 ) .All doses of sinapine chloride could obviously increase the tension of muscle strips ( P<0 .01 ) .M receptor blocker ( atropine ) could inhibit the contraction effect caused by Sinapine but the effect was incomplete .Conclusion:Sinapine chloride has an ex-citatory effect on the contractility of isolated ileum smooth muscle and the effect is related to the M receptor .
