以沈农9741为材料,探讨了不同施肥水平对其品质的影响。结果表明,氮肥施用量与沈农9741整精米率、蛋白质含量显著相关,氮、磷、钾肥施用量与垩白粒率显著或极显著正相关,氮肥施用量与粒宽和精米白度显著负相关。
以瀋農9741為材料,探討瞭不同施肥水平對其品質的影響。結果錶明,氮肥施用量與瀋農9741整精米率、蛋白質含量顯著相關,氮、燐、鉀肥施用量與堊白粒率顯著或極顯著正相關,氮肥施用量與粒寬和精米白度顯著負相關。

The effects of different fertilization amount on grain quality of rice Shennong 9741 was studied in the filed. The results indi-cated that there are significant correlation between application levels of nitrogen fertilizer and head rice rate, protein content. There are significant or very significant correlation between application levels of N、P、K fertilizers and chalky rice rate. There are significant negative correlation between application levels of nitrogen fertilizer and grain width, whiteness of fine rice.
