目的：探讨产后早期盆底肌康复治疗对产妇盆底功能的近期影响.方法：将我院收治的160例产妇随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组进行常规治疗，对照组进行盆底肌康复治疗.结果：观察组产妇的 I类及 II类肌纤维点活力值与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＞0．05).结论：产后早期盆底肌康复治疗对产妇盆底功能康复具有较好的作用.

Objective:Discussion on early postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation recent ef ect on maternal pelvic floor function.Methods:160 cases were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group was given conventional treatment,the control group of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation.Result:Statistical y significant class I and class II muscle fiber point to observe the activity of groups of maternal values compared with the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:Has a better ef ect on early postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatG ment and rehabilitation on maternal pelvic floor function.
