Correct action of the backup power automatic switching device is important for the reliability of power supply . In this paper , the action mechanism and existing problems are analyzed for the backup power automatic switching scheme in three-wire two-transformer expanded bridge connection with small power source .Improvement measures are proposed to ensure correct actions of the backup power automatic switching device , which could improve the power sup-ply reliability of the transformer substation .
