将野生黄精进行山地仿野生抚育,为初步评价其抚育后子代药材的质量,采用紫外分光光度法对引种种苗药材、一年后子代药材、二年后子代药材中的有效成分黄精多糖进行含量测定和比较。结果表明:子代药材中的有效成分含量比种苗药材中的明显上升,一年后子代的有效成分含量明显高于二年后子代,其有效成分代谢积累机制有待进一步的研究。

Mountain wild-simulated of wild HuangJing was performed in the study.To evaluate the quality of HuangJing through comparing the contents of polysaccharide among seedlings,one year generation and two years generation,the test was carried out by UV-spectrophotometry.The effective components in radix off-spring were higher than those of seedlings in medicinal materials,the effective components of one year after the offspring were obviously higher than that of two years after the filial generation.Further research is needed to determine metabolism and accumulation mechanism of the effective components.
