目的：观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗原发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法126例（126眼）自体角膜缘干细胞移植，其中联合丝裂霉素C应用63例（63眼），术后随访6个月~2年。结果自体角膜缘干细胞移植组角膜上皮修复快，刺激症状轻，角膜上皮修复时间为3~5d。联合丝裂霉素C组角膜上皮修复慢，刺激症状重，且角膜上皮修复时间为6~8 d。自体角膜缘干细胞移植与联合丝裂霉素C组各有2例复发，复发率为3.23%。联合丝裂霉素C组有3例移植片融解。结论两组复发率均较低，掌握丝裂霉素C应用的适应证，尽可能减少并发症。
목적：관찰자체각막연간세포이식연합사렬매소C치료원발성익상노육적림상료효。방법126례（126안）자체각막연간세포이식，기중연합사렬매소C응용63례（63안），술후수방6개월~2년。결과자체각막연간세포이식조각막상피수복쾌，자격증상경，각막상피수복시간위3~5d。연합사렬매소C조각막상피수복만，자격증상중，차각막상피수복시간위6~8 d。자체각막연간세포이식여연합사렬매소C조각유2례복발，복발솔위3.23%。연합사렬매소C조유3례이식편융해。결론량조복발솔균교저，장악사렬매소C응용적괄응증，진가능감소병발증。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of corneal limbal stem cell autografting combined with mitomycin C on pterygium. Methods One hundred and twenty-six cases(126 eyes)were given corneal limbal stem cell autografting,of which 63 cases(63 eyes)were given mitomycin C. The cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. Results Corneal epithelia in patients with corneal limbal stem cells autografting recovered quickly and the postoperative response was slight. The recovering time of corneal epithelia was 3-5 d. Corneal epithelia in patients with corneal limbal stem cells autografting combined with mito-mycin C recovered slowly,the irritating response was strong and lasted for a long time. The recovering time of corneal epithelia was 6-8 d. Two cases reoccurred in each group and the recurrence rate was 3. 23%. Three cases had melt grafts in mitomycin C group. Conclusion Both groups have low recurrence rate. The indication for application of mitomycin C should be mastered, and its complications should be paid more attention.
