目的：探讨超声引导下Mammotome微创治疗哺乳期乳房脓肿可行性及应用价值。方法回顾性分析2010年10月至2013年3月期间深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院收治的31例采用超声引导下Mammotome微创治疗哺乳期乳房脓肿患者的临床资料。结果31例患者均获得治愈，取得良好的美容效果，同时保留了泌乳功能，并且随访3个月无一例患者复发。结论超声引导下Mammotome微创治疗哺乳期乳房脓肿切实可行，尤其是对复杂性乳房脓肿，具有良好的应用前景。
목적：탐토초성인도하Mammotome미창치료포유기유방농종가행성급응용개치。방법회고성분석2010년10월지2013년3월기간심수시보안구부유보건원수치적31례채용초성인도하Mammotome미창치료포유기유방농종환자적림상자료。결과31례환자균획득치유，취득량호적미용효과，동시보류료비유공능，병차수방3개월무일례환자복발。결론초성인도하Mammotome미창치료포유기유방농종절실가행，우기시대복잡성유방농종，구유량호적응용전경。
Objective To investigate the feasiability and application value of minimally invasive treatment with ultrasound-guided Mammotome biopsy system for the treatment of lactational breast abscess. Methods The clinical data of 31 cases of breast abscess accepted minimally invasive treatment with ultrasound-guided Mammotome biopsy system from Oct. 2010 to Mar. 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All of the 31 patients were cured,and got satisfied cosmetic appearance,at the same time,maintained ongoing-breastfeeding. No recurrences were observed during the follow-up of 3 months. Conclusion Ul-trasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive therapy can be used successfully for breast abscess in lactating women,especial-ly for complicated breast abscess. So it has a good application prospect.
