目的：研究酒精性肝硬化食管静脉曲张患者D-二聚体测定的临床意义。方法选取2013年5月至2014年2月在河源市人民医院消化内科住院的酒精性肝硬化患者97例，根据食管静脉曲张程度、Child-pugh分级、腹水分度分组，21例健康体检者做为正常对照组。比较各组间D-二聚体水平。结果食管静脉曲张程度、Child-pugh分级、腹水分度均与D-二聚体水平呈正相关，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论酒精性肝硬化患者检测血浆D-二聚体水平对于食管静脉曲张的早期诊断，肝脏功能和预后判断有重要的临床应用价值。
목적：연구주정성간경화식관정맥곡장환자D-이취체측정적림상의의。방법선취2013년5월지2014년2월재하원시인민의원소화내과주원적주정성간경화환자97례，근거식관정맥곡장정도、Child-pugh분급、복수분도분조，21례건강체검자주위정상대조조。비교각조간D-이취체수평。결과식관정맥곡장정도、Child-pugh분급、복수분도균여D-이취체수평정정상관，차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）。결론주정성간경화환자검측혈장D-이취체수평대우식관정맥곡장적조기진단，간장공능화예후판단유중요적림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of D-dimer detection on alcoholic cirrhosis patients with esophageal varices. Methods From May 2013 to February 2014,97 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis in our department were chose,and they were divided into different groups according to extent of esophageal varices,Child-pugh grade,graduation of ascites. Twen-ty-one cases were chose as normal control group. The levels of D-dimer in the different groups were compared. Results There were positive correlations of extent of esophageal varices,Child-pugh grade,graduation of ascites with D-dimer levels,there were significant differences(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The detection of plasma levels of D-dimer in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis has important clinical application value on the early diagnosis of esophageal varices,and judgement of liver function and prognosis.
