目的：观察垂体后叶素联合普鲁卡因治疗肺结核咯血的疗效和不良反应。方法将汕头市结核病防治所2012年6月至2013年6月确诊的82例肺结核咯血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组41例，分别采取普鲁卡因联合垂体后叶素治疗和单用垂体后叶素治疗，比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，两组总有效率、平均止血时间、不良反应比较差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论垂体后叶素联合普鲁卡因治疗肺结核咯血能缩短止血时间，提高疗效，减轻不良反应，效果确切，值得临床推广使用。
목적：관찰수체후협소연합보로잡인치료폐결핵각혈적료효화불량반응。방법장산두시결핵병방치소2012년6월지2013년6월학진적82례폐결핵각혈환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조41례，분별채취보로잡인연합수체후협소치료화단용수체후협소치료，비교량조환자적료효급불량반응。결과치료조료효명현우우대조조，량조총유효솔、평균지혈시간、불량반응비교차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）。결론수체후협소연합보로잡인치료폐결핵각혈능축단지혈시간，제고료효，감경불량반응，효과학절，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To observe the effects and adverse reactions of pituitrin combined with procaine on tuberculosis hae-moptysis. Methods From June 2012 to June 2013,82 cases of tuberculosis hemoptysis were randomly divided into two groups, including 41 cases in treatment group and 41 cases in control group. In treatment group,41 cases were treated with pituitrin com-bined with procaine;while in the control group,the 41 cases were treated with pituitrin alone. The efficacy and side effects were compared. Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in the total effective rate,mean hemostatic time and side effects(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Pituitrin combined with procaine in the treatment of tuberculosis hemoptysis can shorten the bleeding time,improve the efficacy,and reduce side effects,the effect is certain,so is worthy to be clinically applicated.
