本文采用纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)作为增强材料对环氧树脂进行改性,通过三辊研磨分散制备了纳米TiO2/环氧树脂涂层,研究了纳米TiO2含量对涂层硬度、附着力、柔韧性、冲击性能和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着纳米TiO2的适量加入,环氧树脂涂层的各项物理性能得到很大改善,当纳米TiO2的加入量为4wt.%时,达到最佳值。
本文採用納米二氧化鈦(TiO2)作為增彊材料對環氧樹脂進行改性,通過三輥研磨分散製備瞭納米TiO2/環氧樹脂塗層,研究瞭納米TiO2含量對塗層硬度、附著力、柔韌性、遲擊性能和耐磨性的影響。結果錶明,隨著納米TiO2的適量加入,環氧樹脂塗層的各項物理性能得到很大改善,噹納米TiO2的加入量為4wt.%時,達到最佳值。

In this paper, epoxy resin were modified by using nano-TiO2. The nano-TiO2/epoxy resin coatings were prepared by the three-roll grinder dispersing technology. The effects of the nano-TiO2 content on the physical properties of coatings were studied, including hardness, adhesion, flexibility, impact property and abrasive resistance. The results showed that all physical performance improved with the proper addition of nano-TiO2. The epoxy resin coating exhibited optimal properties while the amount of nano-TiO2was 4wt.%.
