博物馆中的文物对环境有着特殊的要求，需要常年保持在恒温恒湿的环境中。中央空调系统在不间断运行的同时，还必须保证空调输水管不能出现腐蚀穿孔、腐蚀开裂等现象，一旦有水喷溅，将会对文物造成无法挽回的损失。利用宏观拍照、SEM，电化学等手段对一博物馆内的空调水管进行了腐蚀失效分析，重点对其对失效原因和机理进行研究，希望能为以后空调系统的安装与维护提供一定的参考。

박물관중적문물대배경유착특수적요구，수요상년보지재항온항습적배경중。중앙공조계통재불간단운행적동시，환필수보증공조수수관불능출현부식천공、부식개렬등현상，일단유수분천，장회대문물조성무법만회적손실。이용굉관박조、SEM，전화학등수단대일박물관내적공조수관진행료부식실효분석，중점대기대실효원인화궤리진행연구，희망능위이후공조계통적안장여유호제공일정적삼고。
Artifacts in museum have special environmental requirements for that they need to be preserved in a constant temperature and humidity environment all the year round. The appearance of corrosion perforation and corrosion cracking for the air conditioning pipes must be forbidden during the central air conditioning systems work, because the water splashing from the pipes may cause irreparable damage to artifacts. In this work, the corrosion failure behavior of air conditioning pipes in a museum was analyzed based on the use of macro-photographs, SEM, electrochemical and other means, and the reason and mechanism of failure were revealed at the same time. The results in the study are expected to provide a reference in the future for the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
