为实现试验台模拟增压柴油机瞬态EGR控制,基于CY6D180柴油机和enDYNA建模软件设计了硬件在环仿真平台。通过典型工况下的模型验证以及仿真平台与台架试验的EGR优化结果分析,表明该仿真模型平均误差不超过10%,可辅助试验台架进行稳态EGR优化标定试验。通过该仿真平台的瞬态进气量跟踪测试表明,跟踪曲线的平均超调量在5%左右,且瞬态响应调节时间短,该平台可有效模拟CY6D180柴油机的瞬态响应特性。

To simulate transient EGR control of turbocharged diesel engine through test bench, we design a hardware-in-loop simulation platform based on CY6D180 diesel engine and modeling software enDYNA. By model validation in the typical operating conditions and analysis of EGR optimization results between the simulation platform and the bench test, we observe that this simulation model has average error of no more than 10 %, and it can assist test bench for steady-state EGR optimization calibration tests. Through transient intake air tracking test on simulation platform, we conclude that the average overshoot of the tracking curve is approx. 5 %, moreover, the transient response adjusting time is short, this platform can be used to effectively simulate the transient response characteristic of CY6D180 diesel engine.
