针对某1000 MW机组循环水泵在运行中出现筒体开裂现象,从循环水泵筒体法兰和焊缝材料、法兰与焊缝区域的金相组织对比、焊接工艺、设计与制造等几个方面进行了分析,得出法兰之间拼接焊缝存在严重的未焊透缺陷、法兰和筒体的角焊缝坡口设计不合理是引发筒体发生过早断裂的重要原因。针对性地采取相应处理措施后,消除了循环水泵筒体开裂隐患。
針對某1000 MW機組循環水泵在運行中齣現筒體開裂現象,從循環水泵筒體法蘭和銲縫材料、法蘭與銲縫區域的金相組織對比、銲接工藝、設計與製造等幾箇方麵進行瞭分析,得齣法蘭之間拼接銲縫存在嚴重的未銲透缺陷、法蘭和筒體的角銲縫坡口設計不閤理是引髮筒體髮生過早斷裂的重要原因。針對性地採取相應處理措施後,消除瞭循環水泵筒體開裂隱患。

Aiming at barrel crack of operating circulating water pump of a 1 000 MW unit , the paper ana-lyzes the causes in terms of welding materials and barrel flange of circulating water pump , comparison of metallographic structures of flange and welding area , welding technology, manufacture and design. It is con-cluded that the fundamental causes of unduly barrel crack are incomplete penetration of joint welding line be-tween flanges and unreasonable design of fillet groove of flanges and barrel. After targeted measures are tak-en, the hazard of barrel crack in circulating water pump is eliminated.
