Culture is formed historically by man’s way of existence,representing vivid geographical charac-teristics and national qualities. Ice-snow culture,as a type of sub-cultures in mainstream culture,embodies the way of living where people stay in ice and snow. The culture experienced a progress of plain,traditional and modern cultures,featuring its regional character,pioneering spirit and innovative power. Through the cul-ture,we could trace its connotation,the cultural impact on our life,and chase its value.
