针对大型房地产市场在物业维修管理过程中给业主和管理者造成的不便，基于移动互联与社交网络的快速发展、安卓智能手机的普遍应用以及移动社交网络和 Android 智能手机平台，分别设计了维修工和业主终端软件，实现维修办公自动化，即地产社区维修业务流程的实现和分级查询、业务流程的实时处理和实时跟踪，满足维修服务过程可控、可即时查询、历史可追溯的业务需求。维修办公自动化节省了大量的人力和物力资源，使得物业维修服务方便快捷和更加人性化。
