目的：探讨无功能性垂体腺瘤的诊断治疗，提高对无功能性垂体腺瘤的认识。方法回顾分析本科收治的87例无功能性垂体腺瘤患者的临床资料。根据临床表现，结合内分泌及影像学检查可对肿瘤明确诊断并选择最佳治疗方案。结果无功能性垂体腺瘤患者无特异性的临床表现。全部患者均经手术治疗，肿瘤全切除59例，次全切19例，大部分切除9例。术后视力、视野改善者43例，头痛缓解23例，无明显变化者20例，无手术死亡。术后平均随访6．5个月，其中实访82例，失访5例。结论无功能性垂体腺瘤发病隐匿，容易延误诊治，影响手术疗效，早期诊断及治疗对患者术后症状的改善尤为重要。经鼻蝶显微手术是目前治疗无功能性垂体腺瘤主要手术方法，手术成功率高。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of nonfunctional pituitary adenoma ( NFPA ) and improve the understanding of NFPA .Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with NFPA treated in our department were analyzed retrospectively .NFPA could be diagnosed and provided the best therapeutic methods based on clinical manifestations , physical and endocrine examinations . Results Nonfunctional pituitary adenomas patients have no specific clinical manifestation .All patients were treated by operation .Total resection was achieved in 59 patients,subtotal in 19 and partial in 9.Vision improved in 43 patients, headache relieved in 23 ,no significant changes in 20 and no death case.The average follow-up was 6.5 months,5 patients were lost.Conclusions Incidence of NFPA hide, diagnosis and treatment easily be delayed , leading to influence the surgical curative effect , so early diagnosis and treatment are particularly important in improving the postoperative symptoms .Transsphenoidal microsurgery is the main surgical method of NFPA,which has high success rate .
