研究头孢噻肟钠、头孢曲松钠、头孢拉啶、头孢他啶4种头孢类抗生素对根癌农杆菌LBA4404和EHA105的抑制作用;以欧美杨111和盖杨组培苗为材料,研究卡那霉素(Km)对2种杨树叶片分化及茎段生根的影响,并分析头孢噻肟钠对欧美杨111叶片分化及茎段生根的影响。结果表明,头孢噻肟钠、头孢曲松钠和头孢他啶对LBA4404具有良好的抑菌效果,使用浓度为50 mg/L,其中头孢噻肟钠对农杆菌EHA105的抑菌效果最好,头孢拉啶抑菌效果较差。不同杨树品种对卡那霉素的耐受性差异不大,欧美杨111在叶片转化筛选培养时,使用浓度为10 mg/L,抗性芽生根阶段为20 mg/L;盖杨在叶片转化筛选培养时,卡那霉素使用浓度为20 mg/L,抗性芽生根阶段为25 mg/L,头孢噻肟钠对欧美杨111叶片分化和茎段生根影响不大。

연구두포새우납、두포곡송납、두포랍정、두포타정4충두포류항생소대근암농간균LBA4404화EHA105적억제작용;이구미양111화개양조배묘위재료,연구잡나매소(Km)대2충양수협편분화급경단생근적영향,병분석두포새우납대구미양111협편분화급경단생근적영향。결과표명,두포새우납、두포곡송납화두포타정대LBA4404구유량호적억균효과,사용농도위50 mg/L,기중두포새우납대농간균EHA105적억균효과최호,두포랍정억균효과교차。불동양수품충대잡나매소적내수성차이불대,구미양111재협편전화사선배양시,사용농도위10 mg/L,항성아생근계단위20 mg/L;개양재협편전화사선배양시,잡나매소사용농도위20 mg/L,항성아생근계단위25 mg/L,두포새우납대구미양111협편분화화경단생근영향불대。
The inhibitory effects of four antibiotics (Cefotaxime Sodium,Ceftriaxone Sodium,Cefradine, Ceftazidime)on Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404 and EHA105 were analyzed.The tissue culture plantlets of P.×euramericana and P.×gaixianensis were chosen as the materials to study the effects of kanamycin on leaf dif-ferentiation and stem rhizogenesis of P.×euramericana and P.×gaixianensis.Besides,the effects of Cefotaxime Sodium on leaf differentiation and stem rhizogenesis of P.×euramericana also was analyzed.The result showed that Cefotaxime Sodium, Ceftriaxone Sodium, Ceftazidime had antibacterial effect on Agrobacterium tumefactions LBA4404,and the working concentration was 50 mg/L.Among them,the antibacterial effect of Cefotaxime Sodium was the best for Agrobacterium tumefactions EHA105,and the effect of Cefotaxime Sodium was the worse.The tol-erance of different Populus on kanamycin was similar.For P.×euramericana,the 10 mg/L concentration of kana-mycin was ideal to screen leaf differentiation culture,while the concentration was 20 mg/L in rooting-stage.The concentration of kanamycin was 20 mg/L when leaf differentiation culture of P.×gaixianensis was screened,and the concentration was 25 mg/L in rooting-stage.For P.×euramericana,the effect of Cefotaxime Sodium on the leaf differentiation and stem rhizogenesis was small.
