目的：观察射频热凝消融术联合针刺治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法将58例颈源性头痛患者随机分为治疗组30例，对照组28例；其中治疗组采用射频热凝消融术联合针刺治疗，对照组采用针刺联合中频脉冲电刺激、颈椎牵引治疗，随访半年并对其疗效进行分析。结果治疗后两组头痛症状均明显改善，其中治疗组显效率为76.67%，总有效率为96.67%，对照组显效率为39.28%，总有效率为78.57.%；经统计学处理，两组疗效差异比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论射频热凝消融术联合针刺治疗颈源性头痛疗效优于一般综合康复治疗，值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation combined with acupuncture on cervicogenic headache. Methods 58 cases with cervicogenic headache were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=28);radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation combined with acupuncture was applied to patients in treatment group while electrical stimulation by medium-frequency pulse and cervical traction were applied to patients in control group;follow-up lasted for half a year and the curative effects of the 2 groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, headache of the patients in both groups was obviously relieved;the obvious effective rate in treatment group was 76.67%and the total effective rate was 96.67%while those in control group were 39.28%and 78.57%respectively;the difference in curative effect between the 2 groups was of statistical sig-nificance (P<0.05). Conclusions Radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation combined with acupuncture is of superior effect on cervico-genic headache than general rehabilitation therapy and is worthy of wider clinical application.
