用外源生根素处理插穗和在不同基质中培养的方法,研究了沙棘插穗不定根形成与内源激素动态变化,看到了沙棘插穗五种内源激素的基底含量是:生长素和乙烯含量偏低;赤霉素、细胞分裂素、脱落酸含量偏高。外源生根素处理提高了插穗内源生长素的含量。当外植体插穗生根后,这五种内源激素的含量又回到原来基底水平。外源生根素GGR6和ABT1能适当提高内源生长素、赤霉素和细胞分裂素的含量,诱导了不定根的早期发生。IAA/ABA和IAA/CTK的高比值,有利于不定根的发生。内源激素间的动态平衡是不定根发生的基础。

Paper studied the seabuckthorn adventitious root formation and their endogenous hormone dy-namic changes for the cuttings treated with different hormone and different cutting mediums. It is found that the basic five endogenous hormone contents in seabuckthorn cuttings are as follows: the Auxin and ethylene content is low; contents of gibberellin, cytokinin, abscisic acid are relatively higher, Exogenous hormone treatment for cuttings improved the content of endogenous hormone in cuttings. After rooting, the five endogenous hormone content back to the original basic level. Exogenous GGR6 and ABT1 can appropriately increase the content of endogenous auxin, gibberellin and cytokinin, inducing the emer-gence of adventitious roots at early stage. The high ratio of IAA/ABA and IAA/CTK, is good for the occurrence of adventitious roots. A dynamic balance between the endogenous hormone is the foundation for occurrence of adventitious roots.
