从安全生产的角度出发,对火力发电厂锅炉受热面管内壁高温蒸汽氧化机理和特征进行了分析;提出了高温蒸汽氧化产物(氧化皮)剥落的影响因素和时机;并针对机组的设计、运行、检修改造、检查检验等阶段的不同特点,提出了氧化皮预防措施。为机组的安全经济运行提供了有益借鉴和重要保障。
從安全生產的角度齣髮,對火力髮電廠鍋爐受熱麵管內壁高溫蒸汽氧化機理和特徵進行瞭分析;提齣瞭高溫蒸汽氧化產物(氧化皮)剝落的影響因素和時機;併針對機組的設計、運行、檢脩改造、檢查檢驗等階段的不同特點,提齣瞭氧化皮預防措施。為機組的安全經濟運行提供瞭有益藉鑒和重要保障。

Based on safety production, the steam oxidation mechanism and property for inner wall of tube at thermal power plant boiler are described. Influence factor and opportunity of oxide scale exfoliation are put forward. Considering characteristics of different stages, such as design, operation, maintenance and inspection of ultra-supercritical unit, pre-vention measures of oxide scale are proposed. This research is of great practical significance and reference for safety operating at thermal power plant.
