在铅酸蓄电池铸板过程中,板栅模具表面需要喷涂一层喷模剂来达到控制板栅重量和厚度的目的,本技术配制溶液 a 和溶液 b,在喷涂板栅模具的过程中配合使用,达到了很好的保温作用,通过铸板实验,生产G25K+单片板栅、G16B-双连片板栅和G8B+三连片板栅,并对板栅重量厚度进行测量,发现新型喷模剂的使用能够很好地控制板栅的重量和厚度,增强板栅的一致性,延长喷模剂的使用时间,提高生产效率。
在鉛痠蓄電池鑄闆過程中,闆柵模具錶麵需要噴塗一層噴模劑來達到控製闆柵重量和厚度的目的,本技術配製溶液 a 和溶液 b,在噴塗闆柵模具的過程中配閤使用,達到瞭很好的保溫作用,通過鑄闆實驗,生產G25K+單片闆柵、G16B-雙連片闆柵和G8B+三連片闆柵,併對闆柵重量厚度進行測量,髮現新型噴模劑的使用能夠很好地控製闆柵的重量和厚度,增彊闆柵的一緻性,延長噴模劑的使用時間,提高生產效率。

In the grid casting process for lead-acid batteries, the surface of the mold needs to be covered a spraying coat to control the weight and thickness of the grids. In this work we prepared two kinds of solutions (a and b) for mold spraying and achieved good insulation effect. By the casting experiment on producing G25K+ single grid, G16B- double contiguous grid and G8B+ three contiguous grid and measurements of the grid weight and thickness, it has been found that there are great effects of using new mold spray agent as it is beneficial to the grids in regard to their controlling the weight and thickness, enhancing the consistency, extending the service time of the gird and increasing the productivity.
