本文采用三种方法,尝试利用铅蓄电池制备过程产生的废料制备铅酸钡。通过 XRD、SEM 和极板电化学测试等手段,研究了制备方法对铅酸钡的影响;同时,本文还研究了铅酸钡作为正极活性物质添加剂对蓄电池极板性能的影响。结果显示,利用铅蓄电池制备过程产生的废料所制备的铅酸钡纯度可达80%以上;铅酸钡作为正极活性物质添加剂可显著降低极板内阻,加快充电反应,但可能造成析氧加剧。
本文採用三種方法,嘗試利用鉛蓄電池製備過程產生的廢料製備鉛痠鋇。通過 XRD、SEM 和極闆電化學測試等手段,研究瞭製備方法對鉛痠鋇的影響;同時,本文還研究瞭鉛痠鋇作為正極活性物質添加劑對蓄電池極闆性能的影響。結果顯示,利用鉛蓄電池製備過程產生的廢料所製備的鉛痠鋇純度可達80%以上;鉛痠鋇作為正極活性物質添加劑可顯著降低極闆內阻,加快充電反應,但可能造成析氧加劇。
본문채용삼충방법,상시이용연축전지제비과정산생적폐료제비연산패。통과 XRD、SEM 화겁판전화학측시등수단,연구료제비방법대연산패적영향;동시,본문환연구료연산패작위정겁활성물질첨가제대축전지겁판성능적영향。결과현시,이용연축전지제비과정산생적폐료소제비적연산패순도가체80%이상;연산패작위정겁활성물질첨가제가현저강저겁판내조,가쾌충전반응,단가능조성석양가극。
Three methods were tried to prepare BaPbO3 especially by utilizing the waste lead materials produced during production of batteries. The inlfuence of preparation methods on BaPbO3 was studied through XRD and SEM analysis as well as electrochemical test;meanwhile, the effect of BaPbO3 as positive active material additive on the battery performance was also examined. The results indicated that the purity of BaPbO3 produced with waste lead material was up to 80%, and it could decrease plate resistance and accelerate charging reaction obviously whereas aggravate oxygen evolution as positive active material additive.
