毛泽东是我国社会主义道路的奠基人，也是中国共产党生态文明思想的理论先驱。毛泽东生态文明是马克思主义生态理论中国化之重要成果，主要包含水利建设、林业发展、环境保护、人口控制等四个方面内容。在生态环境危机日益凸显的今天，实事求是地总结毛泽东生态文明思想，对于指导中国特色生态文明社会建设具有弥足珍贵之理论价值和借鉴意义。

Mao Zedong is the founder of China's socialist road, but also the theoretical pioneer of the Chinese Communist Party's ecological civilization thoughts.Mao Zedong's ecological civilization thought is an important achievement of localized Marxist ecological theory in China, and is mainly embodied in four aspects: water conservancy construction, forestry development, environmental protection, and population control.As the ecological environment crisis has become increasingly prominent nowadays, to summarize practically Mao Zedong's ecological civilization thought has theoretical value and significance to guide the social construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.
