本文借助于“五普”、“六普”数据，针对江西省人口迁移的规模、结构及其原因构成展开了分析与讨论，结果表明：（1）2000年以来江西省迁移人口规模大且增速快，属人口净迁出省份；省内人口迁移日趋活跃，主体是县市内跨乡镇的迁移人口；（2）迁移人口的年龄主要集中在15-44岁，不同迁移群体在年龄区间上存在差异；（3）迁移人口文化程度高于全省平均水平，且省际迁入人口高于省际迁出人口；（4）迁移人口的职业以从事一般技术类操作和商业、服务业工作为主；（5）在迁移原因方面，省内迁移的经济因素影响不强，省际迁移原因主要集中在务工经商和学习培训两个方面。

With 5th and 6th Census Data,this article mainly analyzes and discusses the population migration scale,structure and reasons in Jiangxi province;The results show that:(1)Jiangxi,whose scale of the population migration is large and the increasing speed is fast since 2000,belongs to a net emigration province;Population migration has become increasingly active in the province,which the main body migrates among the townships inside counties and cities;(2)the age of the migration population is mainly concentrated in the 15 to 44;Different groups of migration have differences within the range of age;(3)on the culture level,migration population is higher than the provincial average,and the intra-provincial immigration is higher than the intra-provincial emigration;(4)on the career,migration population mainly engages in general technical operation and commerce,ser-vice industry;(5)in terms of migration reasons,the influence of economic factors on migration in the province is not strong;The inter-provincial migration reasons are mainly concentrated in doing business or seeking jobs and learning or training.
