目的：探讨自制输液滴速查对表在老年慢性心力衰竭患者静脉输液中的应用效果。方法选取2012年9月-2013年6月在同济大学附属杨浦医院心内科输液的老年慢性心力衰竭患者600例，随机分为查对表组、输液泵组和常规组各200例。查对表组采用自制输液滴速查对表调整输液速度；输液泵组采用输液泵调整输液速度；常规组采用公式计算方法调整输液速度。观察比较3种方法控制输液速度所需的时间、医护满意情况和护患纠纷发生情况。结果查对表组调整静脉输液速度所需的时间明显少于输液泵组和常规组（P＜0．05）；查对表组的护患纠纷发生情况显著少于常规组（P＜0．05），医护满意情况较常规组明显提高（P＜0．05）。结论自制输液滴速查对表可快速、准确查出静脉输液滴速，节省护士调整输液速度时间，避免在临床操作中使用公式计算发生的错误，提高了静脉输液的安全性和护理工作效率。
목적：탐토자제수액적속사대표재노년만성심력쇠갈환자정맥수액중적응용효과。방법선취2012년9월-2013년6월재동제대학부속양포의원심내과수액적노년만성심력쇠갈환자600례，수궤분위사대표조、수액빙조화상규조각200례。사대표조채용자제수액적속사대표조정수액속도；수액빙조채용수액빙조정수액속도；상규조채용공식계산방법조정수액속도。관찰비교3충방법공제수액속도소수적시간、의호만의정황화호환규분발생정황。결과사대표조조정정맥수액속도소수적시간명현소우수액빙조화상규조（P＜0．05）；사대표조적호환규분발생정황현저소우상규조（P＜0．05），의호만의정황교상규조명현제고（P＜0．05）。결론자제수액적속사대표가쾌속、준학사출정맥수액적속，절성호사조정수액속도시간，피면재림상조작중사용공식계산발생적착오，제고료정맥수액적안전성화호리공작효솔。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of self-designed lookup table on controlling the infusion time and dripping speed in intravenous infusion among the elderly patients with chronic heart failure ( CHF). Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted from September 2012 to June 2013.A total of 600 elderly patients with CHF receiving intravenous therapy in Yangpu Hospital , Tongji University were random-ly and equally divided into three groups:the lookup table group ( the infusion lookup table was used to control the infusion time and dripping speed ) , infusion pump group ( the infusion pump was used ) and control group ( formula calculation method was used ) .The time of adjusting infusion time and dripping speed , the medical and nursing satisfaction rate , and the rate of nurse-patient dispute among three groups were compared .Results The time of adjusting dripping speed was significantly less in the lookup table group compared with the other two groups (P<0.05).The rate of nurse-patient dispute was lower and the medical and nursing satisfaction rate was higher in the lookup table group than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of self-designed infusion lookup table can quickly and accurately show the dripping speed , reduce the time of ad-justing dripping speed , and avoid miscalculations in clinical practice .It can improve the infusion safety and nursing efficiency .
