目的:调查分析低年资护士对血液标本采集知识的认知现状,从而进一步提高采集血液标本的质量。方法选取2009-2012年毕业就职于厦门大学附属中山医院的低年资护士151名进行问卷调查,内容包括调查对象的学历、工作年限和血液标本采集相关知识共20题。结果低年资护士对血液标本采集知识的掌握较缺乏,其中采血量相关知识正确率最低;在采血前患者准备方面,不同学历的低年资护士之间比较,差异有统计学意义;在采血时间及采血顺序方面,不同工作年限的低年资护士之间比较,差异有统计学意义。结论应采取针对性措施提高低年资护士对血液标本采集知识的认知度和掌握度,医院和院校需加强相关培训,低年资护士应主动学习相关知识。

목적:조사분석저년자호사대혈액표본채집지식적인지현상,종이진일보제고채집혈액표본적질량。방법선취2009-2012년필업취직우하문대학부속중산의원적저년자호사151명진행문권조사,내용포괄조사대상적학력、공작년한화혈액표본채집상관지식공20제。결과저년자호사대혈액표본채집지식적장악교결핍,기중채혈량상관지식정학솔최저;재채혈전환자준비방면,불동학력적저년자호사지간비교,차이유통계학의의;재채혈시간급채혈순서방면,불동공작년한적저년자호사지간비교,차이유통계학의의。결론응채취침대성조시제고저년자호사대혈액표본채집지식적인지도화장악도,의원화원교수가강상관배훈,저년자호사응주동학습상관지식。
Objective To investigate the status of junior nurses′perception on blood specimen collec-tion, and to improve the quality of blood specimen collection .Methods A total of 151 junior nurses in Zhongshan Hospital , Xiamen University ( graduated during 2009 -2012 ) were investigated by questionnaire including education background , work year and related knowledge on blood specimen collection .Results The junior nurses were lack of the related knowledge on blood specimen collec-tion, especially on blood collection amount .There was significant difference in patient preparation a-mong junior nurses with different education levels .Regarding the sampling time and sampling order , there were significant differences among junior nurses with different work years .Conclusion It is necessary to increase the junior nurses′perception on blood specimen collection.The hospital administra-tors should strengthen the related training .All the junior nurses should actively take part in the learning .
