目的：探讨专业集中规范培训对提高骨科新护士综合能力的效果。方法选取2012-2013年入职于陕西省人民医院的骨科新护士20名，分两期进行骨科专业集中规范培训，每期10名，每期培训时间1个月，比较新护士培训前后综合理论和技能、专科基础理论知识和基本操作技能、骨科康复技能、护理用具以及仪器使用的情况。结果专业集中规范培训后，新护士的综合理论和技能、骨科基础理论知识和基本操作技能的掌握均有较大程度提高；骨科康复技能、护理用具和仪器使用考核成绩，培训前后比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．001）。结论专业集中规范培训有助于骨科新护士综合能力的提高，为骨科护理专业的发展提供临床参考。
목적：탐토전업집중규범배훈대제고골과신호사종합능력적효과。방법선취2012-2013년입직우합서성인민의원적골과신호사20명，분량기진행골과전업집중규범배훈，매기10명，매기배훈시간1개월，비교신호사배훈전후종합이론화기능、전과기출이론지식화기본조작기능、골과강복기능、호리용구이급의기사용적정황。결과전업집중규범배훈후，신호사적종합이론화기능、골과기출이론지식화기본조작기능적장악균유교대정도제고；골과강복기능、호리용구화의기사용고핵성적，배훈전후비교，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．001）。결론전업집중규범배훈유조우골과신호사종합능력적제고，위골과호리전업적발전제공림상삼고。
Objective To evaluate the effect of focused professional training on comprehensive ability of new or -thopaedic nurses .Methods A total of 20 orthopaedic nurses in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital employed during 2012 to 2013 were selected .They received focused professional training for 1 month.Their comprehen-sive theory and skills , basic specialty theory and operational skills , orthopaedic rehabilitation skills , and usage of nursing devices and instruments before and after the training were observed .Results Their comprehensive theory and skills , basic specialty theory and operational skills , orthopaedic rehabilitation skills , and usage of nursing devices and instruments were significantly improved after the training (P<0.001).Conclusion The focused professional training can help to improve the comprehensive ability of new orthopaedic nurses , and is contributed to the nursing development .
