目的:了解新入职护士对护理理论知识及操作技术培训的需求情况,为制定有针对性的培训方案提供依据。方法选取2011-2013年西安医学院附属医院的新入职护士172名,采用自行设计问卷,包括护理理论知识8个项目42个条目,护理操作技术2个项目36个条目;于每批新护士岗前培训结束后发放调查问卷,了解新入职护士对培训的需求。结果调查的10个项目中,最高得分平均(2.793±0.256)分,最低得分平均(2.180±0.442)分。需求程度从高到低分别是急救知识、专科护理技术、法律知识、专业知识、新知识新技术、自我提升知识、管理知识、教育知识、基础护理技术和科研知识。结论新入职护士注重急救知识、专科知识、法律知识,新知识新技术和自我提升知识,暂不重视管理、教育和科研能力的培养,护士希望提供专科护理技术培训的机会,但对基础护理技术培训需求不高。

Objective To investigate the demands of theoretical knowledge and skill training in new recruited nurses, and to provide evidence for the related training programs .Methods The questionnaire was used to in-vestigate the training demands of theoretical nursing knowledge and operational skills in 172 new recruited nur-ses in our hospital employed during 2011 to 2013 after the pre-employment training .Results The highest aver-age score was 2.793 ±0.256, and the lowest average score was 2.180 ±0.442.The demand levels from high to low were first-aid knowledge , specialist nursing skills , legal knowledge , professional knowledge , new knowledge and technology , managerial knowledge , self-improvement knowledge , education knowledge , basic nursing skills and scientific knowledge .Conclusion The new recruited nurses have strong demands on the first-aid knowl-edge, specialist knowledge , legal knowledge , new knowledge and technology and self-improvement knowledge . Most of them desire for specialist nursing skills training .However , they paid little attention on the trainings re-lated to management , education and research ability , and they have not high demand on basic nursing skills .
