目的：调查某院单病种围手术期预防感染5项指标并进行统计分析。方法采用前瞻性调查方法，自行设计调查表，对5项指标落实情况进行资料收集并进行统计分析。结果5项监测指标中，围手术期预防用药在药物的品种选择、使用时机、用药疗程等方面存在不合理现象；预防性抗菌药物在手术前0．5～2 h内使用、备皮时间及备皮方法符合规范要求。结论规范诊疗流程，加强合理使用抗生素知识的培训，发挥临床药师的作用，加强手术室的管理，建立团队合作，保证所有环节和人员都能按照标准和时间节点完成任务，是提高单病种医疗质量管理的重要环节。
목적：조사모원단병충위수술기예방감염5항지표병진행통계분석。방법채용전첨성조사방법，자행설계조사표，대5항지표락실정황진행자료수집병진행통계분석。결과5항감측지표중，위수술기예방용약재약물적품충선택、사용시궤、용약료정등방면존재불합리현상；예방성항균약물재수술전0．5～2 h내사용、비피시간급비피방법부합규범요구。결론규범진료류정，가강합리사용항생소지식적배훈，발휘림상약사적작용，가강수술실적관리，건립단대합작，보증소유배절화인원도능안조표준화시간절점완성임무，시제고단병충의료질량관리적중요배절。
Objective To investigate and analyze the five indicators for perioperative infection prevention of single disease in a unit.Methods Data was collected using self-designed enumeration forms and prospective investigation methods ,the five indicators for perioperative infection prevention of single disease were monitored .Results Among the five indicators ,the existed problems includ-ed irrational choose of drugs ,the time of using them and unreasonable medication treatment .Data also showed preventive antimicrobial agents were used ahead of the surgery time for 0.5-2 hours and skin preparation time and methods conform to the requirements of the specification .Conclusion Important links for improving the quality management of single disease are regularizing diagnosis and treat -ment process ,carrying out rational use of antibiotics knowledge training ,making full use of clinical pharmacists ,improving management of operating rooms ,set up teamwork and keeping all segments running according to the standard and timetable .
