本文以砂子、碳酸钙及石膏为相似材料,应用正交设计方法,选取砂胶比、碳酸钙与石膏含量比及试件含水量为三个因素,每个因素设置三个水平,每种岩层设计9组配比方案,并对试件进行单轴压缩试验,获取每种方案下试件的抗压强度,通过比较获得了模型中煤层、粉砂岩和砂岩的相似材料配比号。通过对试验结果进行极差分析,研究了各个因素对试件强度的影响规律,并比较了各个因素的影响程度。

Three levels are set for three factors of cement-sand ratio, calcium carbonate to gypsum ratio and water content using orthogonal design method, and each rock strata is arranged by nine mixing ratio program. After preparing the specimens using sand, calcium carbonate and gypsum, uniaxial compression tests are conducted to gain specimens' compressive strength. Similar material proportions of coal seam, silt-stone and sandstone in the physical simulation model are obtained by comparison and analysis. Influence rule and impact degree that each factor has on strength of the specimen are studied by range analysis method.
