针对大采高特厚易燃煤层综放开采时的防灭火问题,结合矿井实际生产条件和煤层自然氧化程度,设计了矿井采空区综合防灭火方案,加强监测监控,减少采空区遗煤,提高支护质量,充填裂隙,加强密闭,减少漏风,并利用氮气和复合胶体进行防灭火的治理。通过现场效果验证该措施有效地防止工作面采空区的自燃发火,保障了矿井安全生产。
針對大採高特厚易燃煤層綜放開採時的防滅火問題,結閤礦井實際生產條件和煤層自然氧化程度,設計瞭礦井採空區綜閤防滅火方案,加彊鑑測鑑控,減少採空區遺煤,提高支護質量,充填裂隙,加彊密閉,減少漏風,併利用氮氣和複閤膠體進行防滅火的治理。通過現場效果驗證該措施有效地防止工作麵採空區的自燃髮火,保障瞭礦井安全生產。

In light of fire prevention & control problems during fully-mechanized mining at ultra thick flammable seam, in combination with actual production conditions and the oxidation degree of coal mine, a goaf comprehensive fire prevention and control plan is designed to strengthen monitoring and control, reduce coal remaining coal at goaf, improve supporting quality, fill the fracture, enhance sealing and re-duce air leakage, and proceed with fire prevention and treatment by use of nitrogen and composite colloid. Through on-site effect verification, these measures could effectively prevent spontaneous combustion in goaf so as to ensure safety production of coal mine.
