分析了凹半球曲面的加工工艺,编制参数手工编程流程图,完成粗、精加工参数程序的编写。运用 Mastercam X6软件对凹半球曲面进行三维造型,选用合理的加工方法,生成自动编程轨迹和代码。对比参数手工编程与软件自动编程的特点,方便一线编程技术人员根据实际情况来选择合适的编程方法。

Based on the concave hemispherical surface machining process,the flow chart for manual programming is proposed.The codes for rough machining and finishing machining are completed manually.On the other hand,the machining codes are also generated by Mastercam X6 software automatically.The characteristics of manual programming and au-tomatic programming are compared in this paper.According to the comparison,technical advices can be provided to optimize the programming process.
