为实现消失模编程的自动化，通过对 WorkNC 软件的创新应用，使软件能对加工面进行自动选取，并结合 WorkNC 软件的模板编程优势，将编程参数固化下来直接套用，从而实现了对消失模的自动化编程。结果表明，该方法不仅提高了编程效率，也保证了编程输出物的统一，从根本上缓解了编程人员时间紧、任务重的压力。

To achieve the machining programming automation for the foam die,the software WorkNC is used innovatively to select the machining surface automatically.Based on the programming template,the machining codes can be obtained automatically with the deter-mined parameters.It shows that this method can improve the programming efficiency great-ly and ensure the uniform format of the machining codes,easing the task of the programmer tight heavy pressure from the root.
