通过分析自铰链瓶盖的结构特征,设计了一模二腔三板两开式注塑模具。采用了齿轮齿条旋转脱螺纹机构和定模先推出的双推出机构,整套模具结构合理,动作可靠,制品脱模顺利,生产的塑件精度高,保证了产品质量。
通過分析自鉸鏈瓶蓋的結構特徵,設計瞭一模二腔三闆兩開式註塑模具。採用瞭齒輪齒條鏇轉脫螺紋機構和定模先推齣的雙推齣機構,整套模具結構閤理,動作可靠,製品脫模順利,生產的塑件精度高,保證瞭產品質量。

Through the analysis of structural features of the hinged bottle cover,a three-plates with two parting-faces injection mould which has two cavities was designed.Both of the thread demolding mechanism with pinion and rack and stripping mechanism in the fixed mould plate were used in this mould.It is proved that the mould had reasonable structure, reliable motion ability and effective demolding property,which could satisfy the require-ments of products accuracy and quality.
