According to the structure and characteristics of the sterilizer base,a single cavity mould with double parting surfaces is proposed.The direct feeding gate,the unite-demolding mechanism and the side core-pulling mechanism with slanting guide pillars are also used in this mould.The mould structure characteristics and the working principle are specified. During the molding test,the demands of surface appearance are satisfied,the mould action is flexible and reliable.
