针对导弹防御作战中,中段反导指挥控制的研究,提出了中段反导指挥控制能力生成的要素基础建设机理、要素集成聚优机理和要素联动涌效机理,构建了中段反导指挥控制能力总体构成框架,并对作战能力具体构成进行了分析,为反导指挥控制系统建设及作战效能评估提供借鉴。
針對導彈防禦作戰中,中段反導指揮控製的研究,提齣瞭中段反導指揮控製能力生成的要素基礎建設機理、要素集成聚優機理和要素聯動湧效機理,構建瞭中段反導指揮控製能力總體構成框架,併對作戰能力具體構成進行瞭分析,為反導指揮控製繫統建設及作戰效能評估提供藉鑒。

Generation mechanism of the midcourse anti-missile command and control capability is analyzed. Elements infra-structure construction mechanism, elements integrated agglomeration advantage mechanism and elements linkage emergence mechanisms are put forward. The overall composition frame of the mid course anti-missile command and control capability is constructed, and the specific composition of operational capability is analyzed in this paper, which can provide reference for the construction of anti-missile command and control system and the assessment of operational effectiveness.
